IMS Creators always keeps you updated
Hello everyone! We’re continuing to bring you new features and improvements. In this update, we’ve enhanced team collaboration: we’ve added mentions, revamped discussions, implemented a notification system, and more. Here’s a breakdown of everything below.
User Mentions
Now you can directly address team members in discussions, comments, items, and tasks. Just type the @ symbol and select the person you want from the list.
When mentioned, the user immediately receives a notification, so important messages won’t go unnoticed. To view notifications, click on your avatar and select “Notifications” from the dropdown menu.
Updated discussion and comment interface
We’ve redesigned the discussion and comment interface to make it more user-friendly and intuitive. You can now highlight and reply to a specific message. We’ve also improved the mobile version—now it’s more comfortable to work with the project from any device.
Reactions to comments
We’ve added the ability to like comments—now you can quickly react without posting extra messages.
Notification system
To keep you up to date, we’ve improved our flexible notification system. By default, all project members receive notifications from the discussion section.
At the same time, each user can customize notifications to their preferences: subscribe to or unsubscribe from updates and comments on specific items or folders. To do this, open the item’s menu and select “Customize Notifications.”
This will open a window with notification settings.
If you are a project administrator, you can configure notifications for different roles.
Other improvements
- Added support for the Ctrl+S, Ctrl+Z, and Ctrl+Y hotkeys
- Added display of the service name in elements
- Added the ability to insert links to tasks
- Added the ability to edit existing polygons in the level editor
- Fixed the deletion of nodes in diagrams on Mac
