The core gameplay is a dice board adventure game: the game board contains a path of spaces that players move their character along based on a dice rolls. Several players compete (initially, a player against an AI) to achieve mission objective the first. The objective depends on the mission type, for example, reaching the finish cell faster than others. There are no battles in the game, but each space represents a random event, which can be positive or negative.
Between missions, the player resides in the City (lobby), where he can recruit companions, purchase equipment (special cards), select a mission, etc.
The global goal is to become a Yukon Legend by accumulating enough reputation points, which are awarded for completing missions.
